၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလ (၇) ရက်နေ့တွင် Global Fashion အထည်ချုပ်စက်ရုံတွင် အလုပ်သမားအဖွဲ့အစည်း ဖွဲ့စည်းခြငး် အစည်းအဝေးကို မွန်းလွဲ (၁း၃၀) နာရီမှ ညနေ (၆းဝ၀) နာရီအထိ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

အဖွဲ့အစည်း ဖွဲ့စညး်ရာတွင် လွတ်လပ်စွာ ဒီမိုကရေစီနညး်ကျ ဖွဲ့စည်းနိုု်င်ရန်အတွက် မြန်မာနို်င်ငံလုံးဆိုင်ရာ အလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် CTUM ၏ အဖွဲ့ဝင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ကုန်ထုတ်နှင့် စက်မှုလက်မှု အလုပ်သမားများ အဖွဲ့ချုပ် IWFM မှ ဒုဥက္ကဌ ဒေါ်ဝင်းသိင်္ဂိစိုး၊ နှင့် ဒေါ်ကြည်ကြည်ထွန်းတို့ ဦးဆောင်သော ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့မှ အလုပ်သမားများအား ကူညီ ဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွင် အလုပ်သမားများ အခက်အခဲများ ကြုံတွေ့နေရပါက ဆွေးနွေးလိုသည့် ကိစ္စများကို အလုပ်ရှင်။ အလုပ်သမား နှစ်ဘက် ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးခြင်းဖြင့် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ မိမိတို့ အလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂများ အဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှ အလုပ်သမားများ အဖွဲ့အစညး် ဖွဲ့နိုင်ရေး ကူညီပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ စက်ရုံ တာဝန်ရှိသူများမှလည်း အလုပ်သမားများနှင့် ညှိနှိုှုင်းဆွေးနွေးခြင်းဖြင့် အလုပ်ရှင်၊ အလုပ်သမား အကျိုးရှိစွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ အလုပ်သမားအဖွဲ့့အစည်းကို စက်ရုံအတွင်း ဖွဲ့စညး်ရန် ခွင့်ပြုပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ သို့သော် အုပ်ချုပ်သူများမှ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲတွင် ပါဝင် ခြင်း မရှိစေရန် ဆွေးနွေး သေဘာတူဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

အစည်းအဝေးတွင် အလုပ်သမားအဖွဲ့အစည်း ဥပဒေပါ လွတ်လပ်စွာ အသင်းအဖွဲ့ဖွဲ့စည်းခွင့်ကို ရှင်းပြပြီး အလုပ်သမား အဖွဲ့အစည်း ဖွဲ့စည်းရခြင်း ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များကို လည်း ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့ပြင် အလုပ်သမားအဖွဲ့အစည်း ဥပဒေအရ အဖွဲ့ဝင်ကြေး၊ လစဉ်ကြေး ကောက်ခံသည့် စနစ်များကိုလည်း ရှင်းလင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

ထို့နောက် အဖွဲ့အစည်း ဖွဲ့စည်းရာတွင် ပါဝင်လိုသူများသည် မိမိသဘောဆန္ဒနှင့်အညီ ပါဝင်လိုကြောင်း ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခဲ့ရာတွင် အလုပ်သမားများ အားလုံးမှ ပါဝင်ရန် သဘောထား ဆန္ဒ ပြုခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက်
အမှုဆောင်အဖြစ် ဝင်ရောက်အေရွေးခံလိုသူ များအား အမည်စာရင်း တင်သွင်းရန် ဖိတ်ခေါ်ရာတွင် စုစုပေါင်း အမည်စာရင်း တင်သွင်းခြင်း ခံရသူ (၂၄) ဦး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက်အလုပ်သမားများ၏ သဘောဆန္ဒအရ လျို့ဝှက်မဲပေးစနစ်ကို ကျင့်သုံး၍ အလုပ်သမားအဖွဲ့အစည်းအမှုဆောင် (၇) ဦးနှင့် အရံကိုယ်စားလှယ်များကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

မဲအများဆုံးရရှိသူ –
၁) ဒေါ်သီတာဦး – ဥက္ကဌ
၂) ဦးသက်ပြင်း – အတွင်းရေးမှူး
၃) ဦးမြင့်သန့်ဇင် – ဘဏ္ဍာရေးမှူါ်
၄) ဦးအောင်ကျော်ဦး – အမှုဆောင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်
၅) ဦးမိုးကျော်အောင် – အမှုဆောင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်
၆) ဦးအောင်ဇော်မင်း – အမှုဆောင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်
၇) ဦးဖြိုးဝေလင်း – အမှုဆောင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်

နှင့် အရံ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် (၁၇) ဦးဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ယနေ့ ဖွဲ့စည်းလိုက်သော အလုပ်သမားအဖွဲ့အစည်း မှတ်ပုံတင်နိုင်ရေးနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွင်း ကိစ္စရပ်များကို ဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် IWFM/CTUM မြို့နယ်အဖွဲ့အစည်း ဦးဆောင်သူများမှ စညး်ဝေး တွေ့ဆုံသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Democratic Election for Global Fashion Garment Factory Union on 7-Dec-2019 at the factory. The IWFM/ CTUM leaders helped facilitation for the free election. Over 3000 workers participated. The IWFM/CTUM helped the workers to form a union to improve the working condition by negotiation with the factory management and the factory owner allowed the union formation in the factory with the support of IWFM/CTUM. The IWFM and the factory have prior agreement that the IWFM/CTUM will facilitate the election process and supervisor are not allowed to run the election.
IWFM/CTUM explained the workers about labour organization laws and the concept of union formation and due collection system. And asked workers who want to join the unions and all workers answered they will join the union.

And the IWFM/CTUM asked workers to nominate for the candidate ffor the election to elect seven union executive committee. There were 24 workers nominated as candidate.

After voting, the seven who are getting votes the most are elected as executive committee and 17 substitute as representative of the line/groups. The president is women and the rest are men.

IWFM/CTUM will support along the way of registration process and will support union leaders and the factory in negotiation process for better working condition, building good relationship and sustainable business.
