To reflect the tittle of training, the other topic is ‘leadership’ in which we had discussion on what is a leader and leadership, drawing competition to describe a leader, two basic forms of leadership and when to use these in different situations.
On second day and third days, we focused on team building activities by playing indoor games and we were able to build team spirit, brother hood, and solidarity among the participants and the perceived the power of unity. After that, training continued with the youth employment agenda to know more about the current situations of youth employment in the country and international movement by a comparative study, statistics and surveys.
