Myanmar delegation to ILC has checked in at ILO building. Now at the ITUC Workers Group Meeting.
ILO ညီလာခံသို႔ တက္ေရာက္ေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ အလုပ္သမား ကုိယ္စားလွယ္ အဖြဲ႕သည္ ညီလာခံသို႕ ေရာက္ရွိေၾကာင္း မွတ္ပံုတင္ျပီး ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ယေန႔တြင္ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ အလုပ္သမားကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား အစည္းအေဝးတက္ေရာက္လ်က္ရွိပါသည္။

မနက္ပိုင္းတြင္ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအစုအဖြဲ႕ ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္အစည္းအေ၀းကို (၉:၀၀) မွ (၁၀:၀၀) ထိျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ၿပီး သက္ဆိုင္ရာညီလာခံေကာ္မတီ (၄) ခုမွ တာ၀န္ရိွသူ အလုပ္သမားအဖြဲ႕ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားမွ ဇြန္လ (၅) ရက္ေန႔၏ ေဆြးေႏြးခ်က္မ်ားကို ျပန္လည္တင္ျပျခင္းျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့သည္။
ထို႔ေနာက္ (၁၀:၀၀) မွ (၁၁:၀၀) ထိ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအတြက္အေျခခံအခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္သက္ဆိုင္ေသာ ILO ျပဌာန္းခ်က္(၈)ခုႏွင့္ စပ္လ်ဥ္းေသာေကာ္မတီ (Committee on Fundamental Principals and Rights of Work – FPRW) ၏ အစဥ္းအေ၀းကိုဆက္လက္တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ အဆိုပါအစည္းအေ၀းသည္ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားသီးသန္႔ အစဥ္းအေ၀းျဖစ္ၿပီး သုံးပြင္ဆိုင္အစည္းအေ၀းမတိုင္မီ ႀကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္းလည္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။
ယင္းေနာက္သုံးပြင္ဆိုင္အစည္းအေ၀းကို (၁၁:၀၀) မွ (၁၃:၀၀) နာရီအထိက်င္းပခဲ့ၿပီး အစည္းအေ၀းတြင္ အစိုးရ၊ အလုပ္ရွင္၊ အလုပ္သမားအဖြဲ႕ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားမွ အဖြင့္အမွာစကားေျပာၾကားျခင္းျဖင့္ စတင္ၿပီးေနာက္ အစိုးရကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားက မိမိတို႔ႏိုင္ငံအတြင္းရိွ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား၏အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ လူမႈဘ၀မ်ားအတြက္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနမႈမ်ားကို အေသးစိတ္ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့သည္။
ထို႔တဖန္ ေန႔လည္ (၁၄:၃၀) မွ (၁၆:၃၀) အခ်ိန္ထိ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအတြက္အေျခခံအခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္သက္ဆိုင္ေသာ ILO ျပဌာန္းခ်က္(၈)ခုႏွင့္ စပ္လ်ဥ္းေသာေကာ္မတီ (Committee on Fundamental Principals and Rights of Work – FPRW) ၏ အလုပ္သမားကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား သီးသန္႔အစည္းအေ၀းကို ထမ္မံျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ၿပီး အစည္းအေ၀းဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္မ်ားမူၾကမ္းေရးဆြဲေရးေကာ္မတီတြင္ပါ၀င္ရန္ အလုပ္သမားကိုယ္စားလွယ္ (၃)ဦးစာရင္းကိုတင္သြင္းရန္ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခဲ့ၾကသည္။
ယခုအခါ ေကာ္မတီ၏ (၃) ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ သုံးပြင့္ဆိုင္အစည္းအေ၀းကို (၁၆:၃၀) မွ (၁၈:၃၀) က်င္းပလ်က္ရိွၿပီး လိုအပ္ပါက ည(၂၀:၀၀) မွ (၂၂:၃၀)အခ်ိန္တြင္ သုံးပြင့္ဆိုင္အစည္းအေ၀းကို (၄)ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္က်င္းပသြားမည္ျဖစ္သည္။
ထိုမွ်မက အားလပ္ေသာအခ်ိန္မ်ားတြင္ CTUMဥကၠဌ ဦးေမာင္ေမာင္၏ ဦးေဆာင္မႈႏွင့္အတူ အစည္းအေ၀းငယ္မ်ားကိုျပဳလုပ္၍ CTUM၏ အလုပ္သမားေရးရာႏွင့္စပ္လ်ဥ္းသည့္ လက္ရိွေဆာင္ရြက္ေနမႈမ်ား၊ အနာဂတ္လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားကို အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာအလုပ္သမားေရးရာအဖြဲ႕၏ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား စြမ္းရည္ျမႇင့္တင္ေရးျဗဴရို (ILO-ACTRAV) မွတာ၀န္ရိွသူမ်ား၊ အရွ-ပစိဖိတ္အလုပ္သမားေရးရာကြ်မ္းက်င္သူမ်ားႏွင့္ ေဆြးေႏြးလ်က္ရိွပါသည္။
