ျမန္မာအမ်ိဳးသမိီးမ်ားႏွင္႔အမ်ိဳးသမိီး ေကာ္မတီမ်ား ၏ အေႀကာင္းပုံေဖာ္ေဆြးေႏြးခ်က္ နွင္႔ Gender 101 အေႀကာင္း ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပမႈမ်ားအျပင္၊ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားနွင္႔၎တို႔ေခါင္းေဆာင္မႈမ်ားတြင္အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ားပါဝင္ပူးေပါင္းမႈ ကိုအဟန္႔အတားျဖစ္ေစသည္႔အရာမ်ားနွင္႔ ေအာင္ျမင္တုိးတက္ေအာင္လုပ္နုိင္ေသာအေႀကာင္းရင္းမ်ားကိုလည္း ရွင္းလင္းေဆြးေႏြးေပးခဲ႔ပါသည္။

အဆုိပါ အလုပ္ရုံေဆြးေႏြးပြဲမ်ားကုိ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားတြင္ အမ်ိဳးသမီးပါဝင္မႈ ခိုင္မာအားေကာင္းလာေစရန္ ရည္ရြယ္၍ ျပဳလုပ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။

English below. Thirty worker representatives and union leaders participated in the event. The president of CTUM Women committe Daw Shwe Shwe Khaing made a welcoming speech and also participated in the afternoon session. The other women and young leaders eagerly supported the workshop were Zin Mar Myo, Sein Moth Moth Hlaing and Soe Thet Paing, who all are the responsible persons of IWFM women committee. It convened at the Women Center CTUM HlaingThar Yar Township, Yangon.
Sister Shwe Shwe the vice president of the Women committee of Conferdation Trade Of Union Myanmar (CTUM) and the IWFM of its women committee, kindly joined both workshops and generously shared her experience and skills. Her discussions made in the workshop were the profile of women and women workers in Myanmar, and the explanation of gender 101. Her contributions to the event included the discussions on the obstacles that block the participation of women in trade unions as well as the factors promoting it.
