၂၀၁၈ ခုနွစ္ ေမလ (၇) ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ေနျပည္ေတာ္၌ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံလုံးဆုိင္ရာ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ ( CTUM) မွ ကုိယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားသည္ အျငင္းပြားမႈေျဖရွင္း ေရးဥပေဒ အား ျပန္လည္သုံးသပ္၍ အျပီးသတ္ျပင္ဆင္နုိ္င္ရန္ ျပည္သူ႔လႊတ္ေတာ္ ဥပေဒႀကမ္း ေကာ္မတီ ႏွင္႔ ေတြ႔ဆုံေဆြးေႏြးမႈမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ေနပါသည္။ ေဆြးေႏြးမႈ အဓိက အခ်က္တစ္ခု အေနျဖင့္ ျပည္နယ္/တုိင္း ခုံသမာဓိအဖြဲ႔ နွင္႔ အမ်ိဳးသားအဆင္႔ ခုံသမာဓိေကာင္စီ ၏ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို လုိက္နာထိမ္းသိမ္းႀကရန္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
အလားတူ ယေန႔တြင္ CTUM အဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားသည္ ရန္ကုန္ျမဳိ႔ Orchid Hotel ၌ သတင္းစာ ရွင္းလင္းပြဲ တစ္ခု ျပဳလုပ္၍ အထည္ခ်ဳပ္စက္ရုံ ၁၀ ရုံ မွ ခုံသမာဓိအဖြဲ႔ နွင္႔ ခုံေကာင္စီ တုိ႔၏ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို လုိက္နာမႈမရွိေႀကာင္း နွင္႔ တရားဥပေဒ စုိးမုိးေရးအတြက္ လုိအပ္ခ်က္မ်ား ကို မီးေမာင္းထုိး တင္ျပေျပာဆုိခဲ႔ပါသည္။
ခုံသမာဓိအဖြဲ႔မ်ား၏ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္မ်ား ကို အလုပ္မ်ားမွ လုိက္နာရန္ ျငင္းပယ္ေန ပါက စက္မႈကုန္ထုတ္လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကို ရရွိနို္င္မွာ မဟုတ္ေပ။

2018 May 7. CTUM representatives at the Parliament to review and finalize the Disputes Settlement Law – a key point was the upholding the decisions of the Arbitration Body and the Arbitration Council. CTUM members also hosted a press conference today to highlight the need for Rule of Law -as over 10 garment factories did not abide by the decisions.of the Arbitration Body and the Arbitration Council. Industrial Peace – cannot be achieved if employers refuse the decisions of the Arbitration bodies.
