ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံလုံးဆုိင္ရာအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (CTUM) ၏ က႑အလိုက္အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္နွစ္ခု ျဖစ္သည္႔ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံကုန္ထုတ္နွင္႔စက္မႈလက္မႈအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (IWFM) ႏွင္႔ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ သတၱဳတြင္း အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (MWFM) တုိ႔ပူးေပါင္း၍ စုေပါင္းညွိႏႈိင္း ေတာင္းဆိုမႈ(CBA) နွင္႔ ေစ႔စပ္ညွိႏႈိင္းျခင္းဆုိင္ရာကြ်မ္းက်င္မႈမ်ား ဆိုင္ရာ ပထမဆုံး ပူးတြဲ သင္တန္းတစ္ခု ကို စစ္ကိုင္းျမိဳ႕၊ေရႊကမၻာဟုိတယ္၌ ၂၀၁၈ ခုနွစ္ စက္တင္ဘာလ ၉ ရက္ေန႔ တြင္ စတင္က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ခဲ႔ပါသည္။ အဆုိပါ သင္တန္းမွာ SASK၊ FNV၊ FES နွင္႔ IndustriAll Global Unions တုိ႔မွ IWFM နွင္႔ MWFM နွစ္ဖြဲ႔အတြက္ ပံ႔ပိုးကူညီေသာ သမဂၢတည္ေဆာက္ေရး စီမံကိန္း အတြင္းမွ လႈပ္ရွားမႈတခုျဖစ္ပါသည္။ စက္တင္ဘာ ၉၊၁၀ ရက္ ေန႔မ်ားတြင္နွစ္ရက္ႀကာက်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ မည္႔ ၎သင္တန္းသို႔ သင္တန္းနည္းျပမ်ားနွင္႔ ဦးေဆာင္သူမ်ား၊ ပ့ံပိုးေရးအဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားအပါအဝင္ စုစု ေပါင္း ၂၉ ဦး(က်ား ၂၂ ဦး၊ မ ၇ ဦး) တက္ေရာက္လ်က္ရွိပါသည္။
ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ သတၱဳတြင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္( MWFM) ဥကၠဌ၊ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံလုံးဆုိင္ရာ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီး(CTUM)၏ ဗဟိုေကာ္မတီဝင္ျဖစ္သူ ဦးေသာင္းညြန္႔က မတူညီ ေသာက႑နွင္႔သမဂၢမ်ားကုိ ကုိယ္စားျပဳ၍၊ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံအနွ႔ံအျပားမွတက္ေရာက္လာႀကေသာ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢေခါင္းေဆာင္းမ်ားနွင္႔အဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားကို ႀကိဳဆုိႏႈတ္ဆက္စကားေျပာႀကား၍ သင္တန္းကို ဖြင္႔လွစ္ေပးခဲ႔ပါသည္။
ဤ သင္တန္းတြင္ စုေပါင္းညွိႏႈိင္းေတာင္းဆုိမႈ(CBA) မိတ္ဆက္အေျခခံသေဘာတရား၊ CBA ညွိႏႈိင္း ေတာင္းဆုိမႈတစ္ခုျပဳလုပ္ရန္ႀကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္း(ဝါ) အဖြဲ႕ဝင္မ်ား၏အဆုိျပဳလႊာမ်ား ေကာက္ခံျခင္း၊ ညွိႏႈိင္းေတာင္းဆိုမႈတခုျပဳလုပ္ရန္ လုပ္ငန္းေကာ္မတီတစ္ခုဖြဲ႔စည္းျခင္း ဆုိင္ရာ ေဆြးေႏြးပို႔ခ်ခ်က္မ်ားအျပင္ တက္ေရာက္လာေသာ သင္တန္းသူ၊သင္တန္းသားမ်ား၏ ေစ႔စပ္ညွိႏႈိင္းျခင္းဆုိင္ရာကြ်မ္းက်င္မႈမ်ား ကို တုိးျမင္႔နုိင္ရန္အတြက္ CBA တစ္ခုေဆာင္ရြက္ရာတြင္ ပါဝင္ေသာလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားျဖစ္သည္႔ ေစ႔စပ္ညွိႏႈိင္းမႈအတြက္အဖြဲ႕ဖြဲ႔စည္းျခင္း၊ အလုပ္ရွင္မ်ားနွင္႔ ေဆြးေႏြးျခင္း နွင္ ႔ေနာက္ဆုံး သေဘာတူညီခ်က္မ်ားလက္မွတ္ေရးထိုးျခင္းဆုိင္ရာမ်ားကို လမ္းညႊန္အႀကံျပဳေဆြးေႏြးပို႔ခ်က္မ်ား ျပဳလုပ္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
CBA and Negotiation Skills Training
The IWFM and MWFM, the two sectoral federations of CTUM, have started conducting their first-ever joint training course on CBA and Negotiation Skills for their members at Shwe Kabar hotel, Sagaing on 9th September 2018. The event is one of the project activities under the IndustriAll Myanmar Union Building Project supported and funded by SASK, FNV, FES and IndustriAll Global Unions. The total of twenty-nine participants (22 men and 7 women) including four leading speakers and trainers are attending and discussing in this two-day course of 9-10 September 2018.
U Thaung Nyunt, the chairman of MWFM, made a welcoming speech to the attendees who are representing different sectors and unions, and come from the different parts of Myanmar.
This training intends to provide the participants with the valuable information of what CBA is, the preparation or collecting members’ proposals to implement a CBA, and the formation of a working committee to make a CBA proposal.
It also aims to promote the negotiation skills in conducting the CBAs in which the processes of composing a negotiation team, having discussions with employers, and finally signing the agreements.
