The first day’s session of CBA training was held at the Solidarity hall in IWFM/CTUM headquarter, East Dagon Township Yangon region at 9 am this morning. It aims to promote the workers’ awareness of the CBA which are the processes of negotiations between unions or workers’ representatives and employers to develop better working conditions in workplaces. It also intends to provide the ways of how a CBA shall be conducted and how to make it more effective for the trainees, the representatives from 12 different basic unions of IWFM. A total of 27 participants including 12 female workers have been attending actively in this two-day course of 18-19 June 2018.
The syllabuses used in this program are mainly based on the CBA training manual supported and prepared by the IndustriAll, combined with the unionists turned trainers’ hands-on experience.
စုေပါင္းညွိႏႈိင္းေတာင္းဆိုမႈစာခ်ုဳပ္ဆုိင္ရာ သင္တန္းပထမေန႔ကို ရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ႕၊အေရွ့ဒဂုံျမိဳ႕နယ္ရွိ၊ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံကုန္ထုတ္နွင္႔စက္မႈလက္မႈအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္(IWFM) ရုံးတည္ရွိရာ၊ CTUM အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္အေဆာက္အဦ၊ ေသြးစည္းညီညြတ္ေရးခန္းမတြင္၊ ယေန႔ ဇြန္လ ၁၈ ရက္၊၂၀၁၈ ခုနွစ္၊နံနက္ ၉ နာရီတြင္စတင္ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ႔ပါသည္။ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အတြင္းပိုမုိေကာင္းမြန္ေသာအေျခအေန မ်ား ဖြံ႕ျဖိဳးလာေစေရးအတြက္အလုပ္ရွင္မ်ားနွင္႔ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား(သို႔) အလုပ္သမားကုိယ္ စားလွယ္မ်ားႀကားေဆြးေႏြးညွိႏႈိင္းႀကသည္႔လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ျဖစ္ေသာ စုေပါင္းညွိႏႈိင္းေတာင္းဆိုမႈစာခ်ဳပ္ ပတ္သက္၍ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား၏အသိအျမင္တိုးျမင္႔လာေစေရးရည္ရြယ္သည္႔သင္တန္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။
IWFM ၏ အေျခခံသမဂၢ ၁၂ ခုကို ကိုယ္စားျပဳတက္ေရာက္လာေသာ၊ အမ်ိဳးသမီးလုပ္သား ၁၂ ဦး အပါအဝင္၊ သင္တန္းသား/သူ ၂၀ ေက်ာ္ကို၊ သင္တန္းဦးေဆာင္သူမ်ားမွ CBA တစ္ခုကို အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ရာတြင္လုပ္ကိုင္သင္႔သည္႔နည္းလမ္းမ်ားနွင္႔ပိုမိုထိေရာက္ေစရန္လုပ္ေဆာင္သင္႔သည္မ်ားကို ေဆြးေႏြးပို႔ခ်ေပးႀကပါသည္။
ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံကုန္ထုတ္နွင္႔စက္မႈလက္မႈအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္(IWFM)၏ မိတ္ဖက္အဖြဲ႔တစ္ခုျဖစ္ ေသာ IndustriAll မွကူညီပံ႕ပိုးျပင္ဆင္ေပးထားသည္႔ CBA သင္တန္းမႈးလက္စြဲကို အဓိကအေျခခံ ကာ သမဂၢအေရးလႈပ္ရွားသူတစ္ျဖစ္လဲသင္တန္းဆရာမ်ား၏ ကိုယ္ေတြ႔ အေတြ႔အႀကဳံမ်ားျဖင္႔ေပါင္း စပ္သင္ႀကားပို႔ခ်ေသာ နွစ္ရက္တာသင္တန္းတစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါသည္။
