ILO Garment Industry Porject (GIP) , training for workers representatives of workplace coordination committee. IWFM and MICS shared experiences. IWFM president, Khaing Zar shared about the trade union structure in Myanmar and roles and responsibilities of different level of unions from Basic to confederation level. Trade Union policy on building sustainable industrial relation and how IWFM/CTUM is implementing about it. (17-8-2018, at ILO office in Yangon)
ILO ၏ အထည္ခ်ဳပ္ က႑ စီမံခ်က္ မွ ျပဳလုပ္ေသာ စက္ရံု ရွိ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ညိွႏိႈင္းေရးေကာ္မတီမွ အလုပ္သမားကုိယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားအား စြမ္းရည္ျမွင့္တင္ျခင္း သင္တန္းတြင္ ကုိ ၂၀၁၈ ခုႏွစ္ ၾသဂုတ္လ (၁၇) ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ILO ရန္ကုန္ရံုး၌ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ၾကပါသည္။ IWFM ႏွင့္ MICS မွလည္း ပူးတဲြသင္တန္းဦးေဆာင္သူမ်ားအျဖစ္ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့ၾကပါသည္။ IWFM ဥကၠဌ ေဒၚခုိင္ဇာေအာင္မွ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရွိ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား ဖဲြ႔စည္းပံု ပံုစံအဆင့္ဆင့္အား ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပျခင္း၊ မတူညီသည့္ အဖဲြ႔အစည္း အဆင့္အလုိက္ အခန္းက႑နွင့္ တာ၀န္မ်ား၊ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္ရြက္မႈမာ်းကုိ ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပျခင္း၊ IWFM/CTUM ၏ တည္ျငိမ္းေသာ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ဆက္ဆံေရးဆုိင္ရာ မူ၀ါဒမ်ားကုိ ရွင္းလငး္တင္ျပ၍ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနသည့္ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကုိ ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပခဲ့ပါသည္။
