Macdo Wig Factory disputes

The Macdo Wig Factory dismissed Soe Nwe Oo, the union president and Myo Thi Ha (Mr), an executive committee member. The reason are 1) Some actions of this two union leaders look like violation of Myanmar existing laws (doesn’t mention which laws and did not say violate the laws). The factory assumes. 2) The two union leaders violated the employment contact. But they did not mention which parts of the EC. The dismissal letter issued on 31st Jan 2018. 1st Feb 2018, about 1400 workers/ union members applied for leave to go to the township labour office with the two union leaders to submit complaint letter. The union leaders and CTUM leaders talked to workers to go back to work and the case will be solved according to labour dispute settlement laws. Thanks to union members for their support to the leaders. I hope the case be solved in soft way.
