National Mornitoring Committee by H&M and CTUM/IWFM visited to SEDUNO Garment Factory today, 24-Aug-2017. NMC did interview about SEDUNO factory Workplace Coordination Committee WCC to know what are the good practices, functioning well or not, where need to be improved. Also interviewed 10 workers about working conditions, payslip, leave procedure, complaint mechanism of factory. Finally, NMC gave some advises to improve WCC for more effectively working and industrial relationships of factory.
