Organizing and Recruitment Training Workshop of Mine Workers’ Federation of Myanmar

The first activity of IndustriALL Myanmar Union Building in 2019 for Mine Workers’ Federation of Myanmar (MWFM) on organizing and recruitment was held in Monywa, Sagaing region on 23-24 February 2019.
A total of 29 union leaders and members (19 men/10 women) representing 5 different mine areas actively attended the workshop. It aims to upgrade the organizing skills of members of MWFM and to set the appropriate strategies and to set the possible targets to increase the membership in 2019.
The workshop started with the opening speech by MWFM chairman and followed by the explanation of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy of IndustriALL Global Union by the project coordinator and conducting a random survey of it.
Interactive discussions on the definition of organizing and its processes, organizing strategies, analyzing weakness and strength of the current organizing situation of respective unions as well as setting targets and action plans drawn in the group work were carried out in the two-day workshop.

ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံသတၱဳတြင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္၏ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနွစ္အတြက္ ပထမဆုံးလႈပ္ရွားမႈတစ္ခုအျဖစ္ စည္းရုံးေရးနွင္႔အဖြဲ႕ဝင္သစ္စုေဆာင္းျခင္းဆုိင္ရာအလုပ္ရုံေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ ကို စစ္ကိုင္းတုိင္းေဒသႀကီး၊မုံရြာျမိဳ႕ တြင္ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနွစ္၊ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလ၊ ၂၃-၂၄ ရက္မ်ားတြင္ နွစ္ရက္တာက်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ခဲ႕ပါသည္။
အဆိုပါအလုပ္ရုံေဆြးေႏြးပြဲသို႔ မတူညီေသာ သတၱဳတြင္းလုပ္ငန္းဧရိယာ ၅ ခုမွ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢအဖြဲ႕ဝင္ နွင္႔ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ စုစုေပါင္း ၂၉ ဦး (က်ား ၁၉ ဦး/ မ ၁၀ ဦး) တက္ေရာက္ခဲ႕ပါသည္။ ၎သင္တန္းသည္ ျမန္ာနုိင္ငံသတၱဳတြင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ အဖြဲ႕ဝင္မ်ား၏ စည္းရုံးေရးစြမ္းရည္ျမင္႔တင္ရန္၊ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနွစ္တြင္ အဖြဲ႕ဝင္အင္အားတုိးျမင္႔စုေဆာင္းနုိင္ရန္ ျဖစ္နုိင္ေျခရွိေသာ စည္းရုံးေရးျပစ္မွတ္မ်ား သတ္မွတ္ရန္၊ သင္႔ေလ်ာ္ေသာစည္းရုံးေရးမဟာဗ်ဴဟာမ်ားခ်မွတ္နုိင္ရန္ရည္ရြယ္ျပီး IndustriALL Myanmar UB project ၏ ကူညီပံ႕ပိုးမႈျဖင္႔ ျပဳလုပ္ေသာ အလုပ္ရုံေဆြးေႏြးပြဲတစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါသည္။
ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံသတၱဳတြင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ဥကၠဌက အဖြင္႔စကားေျပာႀကားျပီး၊ IndustiALL Myanmar UB project coordinator မွ IndustriALL အဖြဲ႕၏ လိင္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာထိပါးေနွာက္ယွက္မႈ ပတ္သက္ေသာ ကမၻာလုံးဆုိင္မူဝါကို တက္ေရာက္သူမ်ားကို ရွင္းျပ၍ စစ္တမ္းငယ္တခုေကာက္ယူပါသည္။
ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲတြင္ စည္းရုံးေရး၏အဓိပၸါယ္နွင္႔လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား၊စည္းရုံးေရးမဟာဗ်ဴဟာမ်ား၊သက္ဆုိင္ရာသမဂၢ မ်ားအလုိက္ စည္းရုံးေရးလႈပ္ရွားမႈမ်ားတြင္လက္ရွိေတြ႕ႀကဳံေနႀကေသာ အားသာခ်က္၊အားနည္းခ်က္မ်ား ကို အျပန္အလွန္ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ႕ျပီး၊ အနာဂတ္လႈပ္ရွားမႈအစီအစဥ္နွင္႔စည္းရုံးေရးပစ္မွတ္မ်ားခ်မွတ္ျခင္းတို႔ကို အုပ္စု ဖြဲ႕ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ႔ႀကပါသည္။
