The international labor standards ( ILS ) Training in ILO Training Center at Italy (2016 Nov 21- Dec 2)
အျပည္ျပည္ဆုိင္ရာအလုပ္သမားစံႏႈန္းမ်ားဆုိင္ရာသင္တန္း (အီတလီႏုိင္ငံ ILO သင္တန္းေက်ာင္း)( ၂၀၁၆ ႏုိ၀င္ဘာ ၂၁ – ဒီဇင္ဘာ ၂ရက္)

အဆိုပါသင္တန္းကို အီတလီႏုိင္ငံ ILO သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းတြင္ (၂)ပါတ္ျပဳလုပ္က်င္းပျပီး Coca Cola အခ်ဳိရည္စက္ရံု အေျခခံအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢဥကၠ႒ ဦးစိုးကိုကိုႏုိင္မွ သြားေရာက္ေလ့လာလ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ ႏုိင္ငံေပါင္း (၃၀)မွ တက္ေရာက္သူ (၄၄)ဦး တက္ေရာက္ပါသည္။
ILO၏ ဖြဲ႕စည္းပံု၊ ျပဌာန္းခ်က္မ်ား၊ သတ္မွတ္ခ်က္ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္ ၄င္းတို႔ကို ျပန္လည္အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္သည့္ယႏၱရား၊ လူမႈေရးေဆြးေႏြးပြဲမ်ား၊ အလုပ္သမားကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားအၾကားေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပမႈမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ႏုိင္ငံအလိုက္ အလုပ္သမားေရးရာအေျခအေနမ်ားႏွင့္ ေရွ႕လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားကို ေဆြးေႏြးၾကသည္။
The international labor standards ( ILS ) training is conducting in Turin, Italy at the International Training Centre of the ILO with the 44 participants from 30 countries. The duration of the training is 2 weeks ( from 21th Nov to 2nd Dec, 2016).

The objective of the training is to know about the structure of ILO and its conventions, recommendations and protocols, current situations of the countries on ratification of ILO conventions and how do the members apply those conventions and how to use the supervisory mechanism if the member states violated their ratified conventions, the structure of ILO and important role of trade unions not only in the standard setting on ILC but also special intervention on national legislation of member states through social dialogues and networking among the worker representatives. Every participants must present their individual action plans at the end of the training.
