The preliminary meeting to re-elect the Central Executive Committee members (Second Term) of the Industrial Workers’ Union of Yangon Region

The preliminary meeting to re-elect the Central Executive Committee members (Second Term) of the Industrial Workers’ Union of Yangon Region was held at 9:30 am in the morning of 3rd June 2018 at the Solidarity Hall in the CTUM headquarter, East Dagon Township, Yangon region. It was attended by U Than Lwin, the general secretary of the Confederation of Trade Unions Myanmar (CTUM), Daw Wint Theingi Soe, the current vice-chairman of the Yangon Region Industrial Workers Union, the central committee members and 60 representatives from the township and plant level unions of Yangon region.
U Than Lwin, the general secretary of CTUM, addressed an opening speech in the event, followed by the welcoming words of Daw Wint Theingi Soe, the vice-chairman of Yangon Region Industrial Workers’ Union. The meeting included eight agendas and the leaders and the participants actively engaged in the discussion.
The worker representatives of the unions attended discussed the past and current situations of the organization and reviewed the constitution of it in the session. The supporting committees to organize the 2nd conference were formed by the attendees at the meeting as well. At the conclusion, the delegates from the township and plant level labor unions across the region unanimously agree to convene the Second Conference of the organization on 1st July 2018.This preliminary discussion was funded and supported by the IndustriAll Global Unions and the Industrial Workers’ Federation of Myanmar( IWFM).

ရန္ကုန္တုိင္းေဒသႀကီး ကုန္ထုတ္နွင္႔စက္မႈလက္မႈအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႕အစည္း၏ အလုပ္အမႈ ေဆာင္ေကာ္မတီျပန္လည္ေရြးခ်ယ္ေရး(ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္သက္တမ္း) အတြက္ အႀကိဳညွိႏႈိင္း အစည္း အေဝး ကုိ အေရွ႔ဒဂုံျမိဳ႕နယ္ရွိ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံလုံးဆုိင္ရာအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္၏ ေသြးစည္း ညီညြတ္ေရးခန္းမ၌ ယေန႔ ၃၊၆၊၂၀၁၈ နံနက္ ၉ နာရီ ၃၀ မိနစ္တြင္စတင္က်င္းပခဲ႔ပါသည္။ အစည္းအေဝး၌ ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံလုံးဆုိင္ရာအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္အေထြေထြအတြင္းေရးမႈး ဦးသန္းလြင္တက္ေရာက္၍အဖြင္႔အမွာစကားေျပာႀကားေပးခဲ႔ပါသည္၊ အခမ္းအနားသို႔ရန္ကုန္တိုင္း ေဒသႀကီးကုန္ထုတ္နွင္႔စက္မႈလက္မႈအလုပ္သမားမ်ားသမဂၢ၏လက္ရွိဒုတိယဥကၠဌေဒၚဝင္႔သိဂီႎစုိး၊က်န္ဗဟိုေကာ္မတီဝင္မ်ား၊ရန္ကုန္တုိင္းေဒသႀကီးအတြင္းရွိျမိဳ႕နယ္နွင္႔အေျခခံအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားမွ ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားနွင္႔အလုပ္သမားကိုယ္စားလွယ္ ၆၀ ဦး တက္ေရာက္ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ႔ပါသည္။
အစည္းအေဝးတြင္ အဖြဲ႔အစည္း၏ ယခင္နွင္႔လက္ရွိဖြဲ႔စည္းမႈအေျခအေနနွင္႔ အဖြဲ႔အစည္း၏ သင္းဖြဲ႔ စည္းမ်ဥ္းတို႔အား သုံးသပ္ေဆြးေႏြးျခင္းအပါအဝင္ အေႀကာင္းအရာရွစ္မ်ဳိး ကို တက္ေရာက္လာသူ မ်ားမွတက္ႀကြစြာပါဝင္ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ႔ပါသည္။ ညီလာခံက်င္းပေရးအေထာက္အကူျပဳေကာ္မတီမ်ားကို လည္း အစည္းအေဝးတက္ေရာက္လာသူမ်ားမွေရြးခ်ယ္ဖြဲ႔စည္းခဲ႔ပါသည္။
အစည္းအေဝးတက္ေရာက္လာသူမ်ားမွ အဖြဲ႔အစည္း၏ ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ညီလာခံအား (၁၊၇၊၂၀၁၇) ေန႔ရက္တြင္က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ရန္ တညီတညြတ္တည္း အတည္ျပဳဆုံးျဖတ္ခဲ႔ျပီး၊ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ ကို ယေန႔ညေနပိုင္းတြင္ ေအာင္ျမင္စြာရုပ္သိမ္းခဲ႔ပါသည္။
ယေန႔အစည္းအေဝးက်င္းပနုိင္ေရး အတြက္ IndustriAll Global Unions နွင္႔ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံကုန္ထုတ္ နွင္႔ စက္မႈလက္မႈအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္(Industrial Workers’ Federation of Myanmar-IWFM) တုိ႔မွ ပံံ႔ပိုးကူညီမႈ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ႔ပါသည္။
