အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား၏ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးအေရးပါပံု
အဆိုပါသင္တန္းကို လိူင္သာယာ စက္မူဇံု႐ွိ CTUM အမ်ဴိးသမီးစင္တာတြင္ CTUM ဆက္သြယ္ေရးဌာနက ဦးေဆာင္ကာ ေဆြးေႏြးခ့ဲပါသည္။ ထိုသင္တန္း အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ဆရာျဖစ္သင္တန္း Global TTM (1) သင္တန္းၿပီးဆံုးေသာေၾကာင့္ လက္ေတြ႔ ျပန္လည္အသံုးခ်ေသာ သင္တန္းတစ္ခုလည္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
သင္တန္းဦးေဆာင္သူမွာ ေဒၚခိုင္သဥာၨေအး၊ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးတာဝန္ခံ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ေဆြးေႏြးခ့ဲသည့္ ေခါင္းစဥ္မ်ားမွာ သမဂၢလူပ္႐ွားမူမ်ားတြင္ ဆက္သြယ္ေရး၏ အခန္းက႑ ၊ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢ႐ွိ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ ၊ မူေဘာင္ ၊ သေဘာထားအျမင္မ်ား၊ ရည္ၫြန္းပရိတ္သတ္မ်ား၊ ဆက္သြယ္ေရး လမ္းေၾကာင္းမ်ား ၊ CTUM ၏ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးကြန္ယက္ တည္ေဆာက္ျခင္းစသည့္တို႔ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
တတ္ေရာက္သူ ၂၅ ဦး႐ွိၿပီး အထည္ခ်ဴပ္စက္ရံု ၁၉ရံုမွ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢအဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ား ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
CTUM Communication Department held this training at CTUM Women Center in Hlaing Thayer Township which is the biggest one industrial zone in Yangon. This training is also the one session of Global TTM program by CTUM and LO/FTF.
As a trainer, Mrs Khaing Thinzar Aye@ Ma Boke Boke , Head of CTUM Communication Dept, she discussed the consistent communication of Trade Union movement, Concepts of Trade Union Communication, Focused audience, Channels and Structuring communication network in Trade Unions.
Total participate are (25). They have represented the 19 Garment Factories.
