Union fight for precarious work

Dishang Fashion အထည္ခ်ဳပ္စက္ရံုမွ အလုပ္သမား (၃၁) ဦးအား ေန႔စား အလုပ္သမားမ်ား ဟုဆုိကာ အလုပ္မွ ထုတ္ပယ္ခဲ့သည့္ အမႈကိစၥအား Dishang Fashion အလုပ္သမားအဖဲြ႔အစည္းမွ ေဆြးေႏြးညိွႏိႈင္းခဲ့ရာ သေဘာတူညီမႈ မရရွိခဲ့သျဖင့္ ခံုသမာဓိေကာင္စီသုိ႔ တင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ခံုသမာဓိေကာင္စီမွ အလုပ္ျပန္လည္ ခန္႔ထားေပးရန္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ ခ်မွတ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။
Thirty One workers from Dishang Fashion Garment factory are dismissed for the reason they are daily wage workers. The Dishang Fashion Garment union tried to negotiate with the management but they are not reinstated. So the union brought the case to the arbitration council. The arbitration council decided to reinstate the workers.
