The Internal Organizing Training for IWFM the plant level union leaders from different factories to boost their capacity building was, with the support by the IndustriAll, launched on 28th March 2018 at CTUM Solidarity Hall in East Dagon office, Yangon. It is a two-day course and it was attended by over 30 participants including 3 trainers who are also union leaders.
The participants and the trainers discussed and reviewed the current membership and organizing situations, and identified workplace difficulties and the possible support of the union. The trainers also guided and explained the attendees the two models of organizing, the internal communication ways for the unions, and data collecting.
The practical group exercises and presentations regarding the organizing approaches, the rules of contacting among members, setting up an effective organizing and communication system in a union, and organizing targets and objectives were also conducted in this training.
ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံစက္မႈကုန္ထုတ္အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္(IWFM)၏အေျခခံအဆင္႔အလုပ္သမား သမဂၢေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားအရည္အေသြးျမင္႔တင္ျခင္းဆုိင္ရာ အဖြဲ႔တြင္းစည္းရုံးေရးသင္တန္း ကုိ အေရွ႔ ဒဂုံျမိဳ႔နယ္ရွိ CTUM ေသြးစည္းညီညြတ္ေရး ခန္းမတြင္ ၂၈၊မတ္လ၊၂၀၁၈ ၌ စတင္ျပဳလုပ္ပါသည္။ အဆိုပါ နွစ္ရက္တာ သင္တန္းကို သမဂၢေခါင္းေဆာင္တျဖစ္လဲ သင္တန္းမႈး ၃ ဦးအပါအဝင္၊ စက္ရုံ အသီးသီးမွ အေျခခံအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢေခါင္းေဆာင္ ၃၀ ေက်ာ္တက္ေရာက္ႀကပါသည္။
တက္ေရာက္သူမ်ားနွင္႔ သင္တန္းမႈးမ်ား သည္ လက္ရွိစည္းရုံးေရးနွင္႔အဖြဲ႔ဝင္အေျခအေနမ်ားနွင္စပ္ လ်ဥ္းျပီး သုံးသပ္ေဆြးေႏြးႀကျပီး၊ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အတြင္းႀကဳံေတြ႔ေနရေသာအခက္အခဲမ်ား၊သမဂၢမွကူ ညိီနုိင္မႈမ်ားကိုလည္းသတ္မွတ္ေဖာ္ထုတ္မႈမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ႀကပါသည္၊၎အျပင္ သင္တန္မႈးမ်ားမွ တက္ ေရာက္လာသူမ်ားကို၊ စည္းရုံးေရးပုံစံ ၂ မ်ိဳး၊သမဂၢမ်ားအတြင္းဆက္သြယ္ေရးနည္းလမ္းမ်ား၊အခ်က္ အလက္ေကာက္ယူျခင္းဆုိင္ရာနည္းလမ္းမ်ားကို လမ္းညႊန္ရွင္းလင္းေျပာျပပါသည္။
သင္တန္း၌ စည္းရုံးေရးခ်ဥ္းကပ္ပုံမ်ား၊အဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားအႀကားဆက္သြယ္ရာတြင္လုိက္နာသင္႔သည္႔ အခ်က္မ်ား၊ သမဂၢအဖြဲ႔တစ္ဖြဲ႔အတြင္း ထိေရာက္ေသာဆက္သြယ္ေရးနွင္႔စည္းရုံးေရးဆိုင္ရာ စနစ္ တစ္ခုတည္ေဆာက္ေရး၊ စည္းရုံးေရးဆိုင္ရာရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မ်ားနွင္စည္းရုံးေရးပစ္မွတ္မ်ား သတ္မွတ္ ျဖင္းဆုိင္ရာ အုပ္စုဖြဲ႔ေဆြးေႏြးျခင္း၊တင္ျပျခင္း ေလ႔က်င္႔မႈမ်ားကို လည္းျပဳလုပ္ခဲ႔ပါသည္။
