အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢဖဲြ႔စညး္ထားျခင္း မရွိဘဲ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားလုိအပ္ခ်က္ေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာ Fullway Myanmar အထည္ခ်ဳပ္စက္ရံု အလုပ္သမားသပိတ္အား အျမန္ဆံုးျပီးဆံုးရန္ CTUM/ IWFM ျမိဳ႕နယ္အဖဲြ႔ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားမွ ကူညီညိွႏိႈင္းေျဖရွင္းေပးခဲ့ပါသည္။

Unorganized workers from Fullway Garment factory went on strike for their needs. CTUM/IWFM township leaders went to meet workers and helped in negotiation with employer to end strike as quickly as possible. The CTUM/IWFM suggested to workers to establish a union in the factory for building a dialogue mechanism in the factory. The CTUM explained about Trade Union concept to 250 workers and helped to form the Fullway Garment union according to Labour Organization Law. (29th Sep, 2018)
