3rd meeting on the program of Empowerment of Women Workers in Garment

CTUM and GIZ are having 3rd meeting on the program of Empowerment of Women Workers in Garment industry. The program will promote of awareness of workers on Labour Laws, Women Health, Gender Equality and Violence Against Women. And the workers will be helped to solve their difficulties in cooperation with CTUM. We hope we can start the program very soon.

အထည္ခ်ဳပ္ က႑တြင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ကုိင္ေနေသာ အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ားအတြက္
၁) အလုပ္သမားဥပေဒမ်ားဆုိင္ရာ၊ က်ားမ တန္းတူေရးဆုိင္ရာ၊ အမ်ိဳးသမီး က်န္းမာေရးဆုိင္ရာ။ အိမ္တြင္း အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈ ကာကြယ္ေရးဆုိင္ရာ အသိပညာ ဗဟုသုတ တုိးပြားေရး၊
၂) ဆံုးရံႈးေနေသာ အလုပ္သမားအခြင့္အေရးမ်ား ျပန္လည္ရရွိေစရန္ ဥပေဒေၾကာင္းအရ ေဆြးေႏြးေပးျခင္းႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေျဖရွင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
၃) အမ်ဳိးသမီး အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈဆုိင္ရာကိစၥမ်ားကုိ ေျဖရွင္းႏို္င္ရန္ အၾကံေပးေဆြးေႏြးေရးနွင့္ ကူညီပံ့ပုိးျခင္း။
၄) အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ား နညး္ပညာပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာ ကြ်မ္းက်င္မႈ သင္ၾကားႏုိင္ေရး။
၅) သက္ေတာင့္သက္သာစြာျဖင့္ လာေရာက္ အပန္းေျဖအနားယူႏုိင္ေရးအတြက္ ပံ့ပုိးကူညီျခင္း။ တုိ႔ကုိ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္ေရးအတြက္ အမ်ဳိးသမီး စင္တာ/ ရံုးတစ္ခု ဖြင့္လွစ္ႏုိင္ေရးအတြက္ တတိယအၾကိမ္ ေဆြးေႏြးျခင္းကုိ ၂၀၁၇ ခုႏွစ္ ေအာက္တုိဘာလ ၃၁ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ စီမံခ်က္ကုိ ဂ်ာမန္ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းတစ္ခုျဖစ္သည့္ GIZ ႏွင့္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံလံုးဆုိင္ရာ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖဲြ႔ခ်ဳပ္(CTUM) ႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းအေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
