CTUM/IWFM CBA training for members from manufacturing sector (8-9 Mar 2018)

A training for Collective Bargaining Agreement was, the first course in 2018, conducted by IWFM/CTUM at its East Dagon office at 9:00 am on 8th of March 8, 2018. It is a two-day exercise and it aims to promote the awareness on collective bargaining activities among the union members. It was willingly attended by over 30 leaders from various factories’ unions of IWFM. U Ye Thu Ya, Ma Hnin Thazin, and Ma Thinzar Htet all from IWFM/CTUM took part in the training as leading speakers and discussed different topics.
Studying the introduction to Collective Bargaining Agreement, organizing a CBA draft and group discussions, analyzing of CBA were included as some of the key activities in the training. The program was supported by IndustriAll Myanmar.
