ဖင္လန္သံအမတ္ၾကီး၊ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရး ႏွင့္ သစ္လုပ္ငန္း အလုပ္သမား သမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (BWI) ၊ ဖင္လန္ႏုိင္ငံ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ Trade Union Pro ၊ ဖင္လန္ႏိုင္ငံ အလုပ္သမား သမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (SAK) ႏွင့္ ဖင္လန္ႏုိင္ငံအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား ေသြးစည္းညီညြတ္ေရးစင္တာ (SASK) ၊အစိုးရကိုယ္စားလွယ္အျဖစ္ အလုပ္သမား၊ လူ၀င္မႈၾကီးၾကပ္ေရးႏွင့္ ျပည္သူ႔အင္အား၀န္ၾကီးဌာန၊ ရန္ကုန္တိုင္း အလုပ္သမားႏွင့္ ရခိုင္တုိင္းရင္းသား လူမ်ဴိးေရးရာ ၀န္ၾကီး ဦးေဇာ္ေအးေမာင္၊ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံလံုးဆုိ္င္ရာအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဴပ္ CTUM ၊ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံသစ္လုပ္ငန္းႏွင့္ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရးအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ BWFM ႏွင့္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံစက္မႈ လက္မႈႏွင့္ကုန္ထုတ္အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ IWFMတို႔၏ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား သြားေရာက္ေလ့လာခဲ့ပါသည္။

ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားသည္ စက္ရံုမ်ားရွိ အလုပ္၇ွင္မ်ား၊ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢအဖြဲ႕၀င္မ်ားႏွင့္ ေတြ႕ဆံုကာ စက္မႈလုပ္ငန္းခြင္ ဆက္ဆံေရးကို ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပၾကသည္။
ထိုေနာက္ ကုန္ထုတ္လုပ္သည့္ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မ်ားကို ေလ့လာခဲ့ပါသည္။ စက္ရံုမ်ားရွိ အေျခခံအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢရံုးခန္းမ်ားတြင္ အလုပ္သမားလႈပ္ရွားမႈဆုိ္္င္ရာ စိန္ေခၚမႈမ်ားကို ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ၾကသည္။

H.E. Ms. Riikka Laatu , Ambassador, Embassy of Finland (Myanmar), delegates of BWI, Trade Union Pro, SAK, SASK, U Zaw Aye Maung, Yangon Regional Labour Minister, Rakhine Ethnic Affairs, Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population, CTUM, BWFM and IWFM. We observed the situation of Industrial Relations with factory owners and union members in their factory.

We visited the producing products area. And discussed the challenges of labour movements in union office room at factories.
