Meeting with Counsellor of embassy of Denmark in Myanmar

ဒိန္းမတ္သံရံုး (အလုပ္သမား)ႏွင့္ဆုိင္ေသာ ေကာင္စစ္၀န္ Nanna Sars Schewitsch, Counsellor (Labour Market Affairs) ႏွင့္ CTUM ရွိ လုပ္ငန္းက႑ရွိ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္မ်ား ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား၊ ဌာန တာ၀န္ခံမ်ား ေတြ႕ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့သည္။

CTUM၏ လုပ္ငန္းက႑အဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ (၂)ခုျဖစ္ေသာ စိုက္ပ်ဴိးေရး ႏွင့္ စက္မႈ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ အေျခအေနမ်ားကို CTUM ဥကၠဌ ဦးေမာင္ေမာင္ တင္ျပေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့သည္။
စိုက္ပ်ဳိးေရးတြင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိေသာ သမ၀ါယမစနစ္ ထူေထာင္ေရးျခင္း၊ လယ္ယာေျမဥပေဒမ်ားအေပၚ အျမင္သေဘာထားမ်ားကို ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပခဲ့ပါသည္။

ထိုေနာက္ စက္မႈက႑ရွိ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ တည္ျငိမ္မႈမရွိသည့္အေျခအေနမ်ားသည္ မည့္သည္အေၾကာင္းမ်ားေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာျခင္းကိစၥကို ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့သည္။

အလုပ္သမားဥပေဒမ်ား ျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲေရးတြင္ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားသည္ သမဂၢဖြဲ႕စည္းခြင့္ကို ေႏွာင့္ေႏွးေစသည့္ အခ်က္မ်ား၊ ႏုိ္င္ငံ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားကို အလုပ္သမားအျငင္းပြားမႈ ဥပေဒတြင္ ထည့္သြင္းေစရန္ကို ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

In today’s meeting, a delegation of CTUM leaders met the Counsellor for Labour market Affairs from Denmark Embassy Mrs. Nanna Sars Schewitseil. The briefing had the purpose of explaining some aspects as:
– the co-operative system of AFFM (Agriculture and Farmers Federation of Myanmar). The rice produced by AFFM’ farmers is then sold to the workers linked with the IWFM (Industrial Workers Federation).
– Discussion about the necessity of finding a peaceful condition for workers in the workplace.
– Proposal inside the Labour Law amendment about the inclusion of Freedom of Association (FOA) in the workplace.
-The request to the Government’ staff to be involved in Labour dispute settlement law.
