National Monitoring Committee NMC by H&M and Industrial Workers Federation of Myanmar IWFM, discussed about Long term and Short term goal of NMC after visiting Suzhou Silk factory to check the relationship between employer and workers. NMC provided suggestion to the Suzhou Silk factory and the union to set up Workplace Coordination Committee WCC. Also suggested the rules and regulations for well functioning WCC. CTUM / IWFM will help workers election for workplace coordination committee representatives in coming Saturday. (18-9-2017)
H&M ႏွင့္ CTUM အဖဲြ႔၀င္ျဖစ္ေသာ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံကုန္ထုတ္နွင့္ စက္မႈလက္မႈ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား အဖဲြ႔ခ်ဳပ္ IWFM သည္ အမ်ဳိးသားအဆင့္ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေရးေကာ္မတီNMC ကုိ ဖြဲ႔စညး္၍ H&M အထည္ခ်ဳပ္ေသာ စက္ရံုမ်ားတြင္ အလုပ္၇ွင္နွင့္ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢ ဆက္ဆံေရး ေကာင္းမြန္ေစရန္အတြက္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ (၁၈) ရက္ စက္တင္ဘာလတြင္ NMC ေကာ္မတီသည္ Suzhou Silk စက္ရံုသုိ႔ သြားေရာက္၍ အလုပ္ရွင္အလုပ္သမား ဆက္ဆံေရး အေျခအေနမ်ားကုိ သြားေရာက္ေလ့လာဆန္းစစ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ညိွႏိႈင္းေရး ေကာ္မတီ WCC ဖြဲ႔စညး္၍ ညိွႏိႈင္းေဆြးေႏြးရန္ကိစၥမ်ားကို ေဆြးေႏြးၾကရန္၊ အလုပ္ျဖစ္ေသာ ေကာင္းမြန္စြာ လည္ပတ္သည့္ WCC ျဖစ္လာေစရန္ အတြက္ အလုပ္ရွင္၊ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢ သမဂၢမ်ား အေလးထားေဆာင္ရြက္သင့္သည္မ်ားကုိ အၾကံျပဳခဲ့ၾကပါသည္။ ၁၈-၉-၂၀၁၇။
