၂၀၁၉ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလ (၂၉-၃၀)ရက်နေ့တွင် CTUM ဒုတိယအကြိမ် ညီလာခံကို ရန်ကုန်မြို့၊ Grand Mercure Hotel တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိသည်။

အခမ်းအနားမှူးအဖြစ် ဒေါ်မြတ်ကြေးမုံက တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်သည်။ ဇိုမှီးလူငယ်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများကို ချင်းရိုးရာ ၀ါးအကဖြင့် ကပြဖျော်ဖြေခဲ့ပါသည်။
၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်အထိ CTUM ပထမအကြိမ် ညီလာခံသက်တမ်းအတွင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သည့် လှုပ်ရှားမှု ဗီဒီယို(၃)မိနစ်စာခန့် ကို ပြသခဲ့ပါသည်။
ထိုနောက် အဖွင့်အမှာစကားအဖြစ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံလုံးဆိုင်ရာအလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (CTUM) ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးမောင်မောင်၊ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော် လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေးနှင့် ပြည်တွင်းပြည်ပ အလုပ်သမားဆိုင်ရာ ကော်မတီ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးကျော်ထွေး၊ ပြည်သူ့လွှတ်တော် တောင်သူလယ်သမားနှင့် အလုပ်သမားရေးရာကော်မတီ အဖွဲ့ဝင် ဦးစောတင်ဝင်း၊ အလုပ်သမား၊ လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေးနှင့် ပြည်သူ့အင်အားဝန်ကြီးဌာန အမြဲတမ်း အတွင်းဝန် ဦးမျိုးအောင်၊ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာအလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် အာရှနှင့် ဖစိဖိတ်ဒေသ (ITUC-AP) အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး Brother Shoya Yoshida၊ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းကဏ္ဍ အလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ချုပ်များ၏ ကိုယ်စား Brother Ambet Yuson၊ ဒိန်းမတ်နိုင်ငံအလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂများဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအေဂျင်စီ (DTDA) မှ Brother Peter Lunding, Head of Office, Sub Regional Office for Asia ၊ ဖင်လန်နိုင်ငံအလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် သွေးစည်းညီညွတ်ရေးကူူညီ ထောက်ပံ့ ပေးရေး အဖွဲ့(SASK) အရှေ့တောင်အာရှနိုင်ငံများအတွက် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ ဆက်စပ် ညှိနှိုင်းရေးတာဝန်ခံ Brother Marlon Quesada၊ ဂျာမန်ဖောင်ဒေးရှင်း Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung – FES ဒါရိုက်တာ Brother Bernt Berger၊ အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံအလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် သွေးစည်းညီညွတ်ရေးစင်တာ (SC) ဒါရိုက်တာ Brother Jamie Davis၊ ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံအလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (JTUC) အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာဆက်ဆံရေးဌာန တာဝန်ခံ Brother Toshihiro Motobayashi တို့က သွေးစည်းညီညွတ်ရေးအမှာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

The overwhelming voice of over 250 participants including the distinguished guests, government officials, the heads and the representatives of the global labor organizations, and CTUM members, who are attending the Second Congress of the Confederation of Trade Unions Myanmar (CTUM) spreads through the event hall, where the CTUM is convening its second congress at the Empire Hall of the Grand Mercure Hotel in Yangon on 27-30 November 2019.
The aim ‘Through Strong Trade Union Movement Towards Social Justice and Decent Work’ the CTUM, the biggest labor organization of Myanmar in present days, is moving forward to represent and fight for better working conditions and better future of its members, and all the workers of Myanmar.
Before the historic event, the tradition bamboo dance by Zomi youths was presented to the audience. The Presidum of the congress were Bro Maung Maung, Bro Than Swe, Bro Than Lwin (Ronnie), Sister Phyo Sandar Soe, and Sister Khaing Zar Aung.
A three-minute video clip of what CTUM had done between 2014-2019 was shown first. And the opening messages by CTUM leader Bro Maung Maung, the government ministers, legislators, and the international guests from the different global labor organizations followed.
The congress will be held until tomorrow and will elect the New Central Executive Committees, and Central Committee Members who will guide, and lead the organization for the next four years.
