Prosperity သိုးေမြးစက္ရံုမွ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢဥကၠဌ ႏွင့္ အလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္အဖြဲ႕ဝင္တစ္ဦးအား ဥပေဒ၊ လုပ္ထံုးလုပ္နည္းမ်ားနွင့္ ညီညြတ္မႈ မရွိဘဲ အလုပ္မွ ထုတ္ပယ္ခဲ့သည့္အတြက္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ ကုန္ထုတၤႏွင့္ စက္မႈလက္မႈအလုပ္သမားမ်ား အဖဲြ႔ခ်ဳပ္ (IWFM) အဖြဲ႔၀င္မ်ားမွ ခ်က္ခ်င္း အလုပ္ျပန္ခန္႔ေပးရန္ ေတာင္းဆုိ ဆႏၵထုတ္ေဖာ္ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။
Prosperity သုိးေမြးစက္ရံု အလုပ္သမားမ်ားသည္ အလုပ္သမားအဖြဲ႔အစည္း ဥပေဒႏွင့္အညီ အလုပ္သမားအဖဲြ႔အစညး္အား မွတ္ပံုတင္ ေလွ်ာက္ထားျပီး အလုပ္သမားမ်ား၏ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္တြင္း လုိအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကုိ ေဆြးေႏြးညိွႏိႈ္င္းလုိေၾကာင္း စက္ရံုတာ၀န္ရွိသူမ်ားထံသု႔ိ စာျဖင့္ အေၾကာင္းၾကားေသာ္လည္း အသိအမွတ္ျပဳ ေဆြးေႏြးမႈ မျပဳလုပ္သည့္အတြက္ ျမိဳ႕နယ္ ညိွႏိႈင္းျဖန္ေျဖေရးအဖဲြ႔သုိ႔ ညိွႏႈိင္းေပးရန္ အကူအညီေတာင္းခံခဲ့ပါသည္။၂၀၁၉ ခုႏွစ္ ဇြႏ္လ (၄) ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ႏွစ္ဘက္သေဘာတူ စာခ်ဳပ္ ခ်ဳပ္ဆုိခဲ့ပါသည္။ ဇြန္လ (၆) ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ညိွႏိႈင္းမႈတြင္ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့သည့္ ဥကၠဌ ႏွင့္ အလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္ ႏွစ္ဦးအား စက္ရံု၏ ဂုဏ္သိကၡာက်ဆင္းေစရန္ေဆာင္ရြက္သည္ဟု ဆုိကာ အလုပ္မွ ထုတ္ပယ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။

အလုပ္သမားမ်ားသည္ အလုပ္သမား အဖဲြ႔အစည္း ဥပေဒ ၊ အလုပ္သမား အျငင္းပြားမႈ ေျဖရွင္းေရး ဥပေဒနွင့္အညီ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း အလုပ္ရွင္မွ မတရားအလုပ္မွ ထုတ္ပယ္မႈေၾကာင့္ IWFM အဖြဲ႔၀င္ အလုပ္သမား သမဂၢအဖြဲ႔၀င္မွ စက္ရံုအလုပ္ရွင္အား ေတာင္းဆုိ ဆႏၵေဖာ္ထုတ္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ေတာင္းဆုိမႈမွာ – Prosperity သုိးေမြးစက္ရံုမွ မတရားသျဖင့္ အလုပ္မွ ထုတ္ပယ္ခဲ့ေသာ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ ႏွစ္ဦးအား အလုပ္ျပန္ခန္႔ေပးေရး။ ဒို႔အေရး၊ ဒုိ႔အေရး၊ ဒုိ႔အေရး။

IWFM is taking action at Prosperity Knitwear factory for unlawful dismissal of trade union president and one of the executive committee member after signing agreement to grantee workers’rights according to the law. IWFM calls for immediate reinstatement.

A new union president and one of the executive committee members of Prosperity Knitting Factory union from Thila Wah Industrial Zone were dismissed on 6th June after negotiaton and signed agreement. The union is nwely formed and applied for its registration. During the time, union wrote to manager to discuss on need of workers basically on rights grantee by labour law. Management refused to meet with the union. The Union representatives submitted the complaint letter to township conciliation body (TCB). An agreement was signed after negotiation at TCB on 4th. The manager dismissed the two union leaders on 6th, the termination letter showed the reasons the two union leaders made the factory’s repution down and violation of factory’s regulations. But did not show which regulation.
The dismissal is unlawfull dismissal. CTUM/IWFM is trying to meet with the manager and discuss.

CTUM/IWFM helped Prosperity Garment Union and management negotiation at township conciliation body on workers rights. An agreement signed after negotiation.
