၂၀၁၈ ခုႏွစ္၊ ဧၿပီလ (၃) ရက္ေန႕မွ (၇) ရက္ေန႕အထိ ဒိန္းမတ္ႏုိင္ငံအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖဲြ႔ခ်ဳပ္၏ (LO/FTF Council- Danish Trade Union Council for International Development Cooperation) ႏွင့္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံလံုးဆိုင္ရာ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (CTUM) ၏ က႑အလုိက္ အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ တစ္ခုျဖစ္ေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံေတာင္သူလယ္သမားနွင့္ စိုက္ပ်ဳိးေရး အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (AFFM) တို႕မွ ပူးေပါင္း၍ အဖြဲ႕၀င္ သမဂၢေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားအတြက္ စြမ္းရည္ျမႇင့္တင္ႏုိင္ရန္ သင္တန္းဆရာျဖစ္ သင္တန္းအစီအစဥ္ကို ပထမအႀကိမ္ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ေနပါသည္။

(၉) ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ႏွင့္
(၁၀) ကရင္ျပည္နယ္ – စသည္တုိ႕မွ စုစုေပါင္း သင္တန္းသား (၂၆) ဦး တက္ေရာက္ေနပါသည္။
သင္တန္းတြင္ သင္တန္းဆရာအျဖစ္ ဖိလစ္ပိုင္ႏိုင္ငံမွ Brother. Alvin Naboya မွ ဦးေဆာင္၍ သင္တန္းနည္းစနစ္မ်ားကို ပို႕ခ်ေပးေနျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။
This is the first time that AFFM is conducting a training on Trainers Training Module with the support of AFA, MTCP2, and IFAD. The technical support for this program was provided by the Program Administrator of (LO/FTF Council- Danish Trade Union Council for International Development Cooperation). The objective of this training on Trainers Training Modules I (TTM1) that is consistent with the long and short-term objectives of education and training development plan of the organization and support of their overall education policies, identifying priorities, problems and training requirements of the union, providing basic knowledge and skill in program designing, developing a module for a weekend seminar following the systematic approach of the training design and utilize an appropriate evaluation tool.
AFFM farmers participants were from (10) different regions and States, (26) participated with 5 female and 21 Male members. The training will be conducted for (5) days.
